Chocolate Mayo Cake with Caramel Nutter Butter Frosting

Ingredients
- FROSTING
- 1 pkg Pam's Pantry Caramel Nutter Butter dip mix
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- CAKE
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Hellman's (Best Foods) Light mayonnaise
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, soda and salt together.
- In a seperate bowl, cream the sugar, mayonnaise, water and vanilla together.
- Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F. for about 25-30 minutes.
- Mix Pam's Pantry Caramel Nutter Butter mix per directions on package.
- Cool cake completely, frost and refrigerate.
