Mexi Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Pam's Pantry Mellie's Mexi Mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 cup of medium or hot picante sauce
  • 3 boneless chicken breast (raw & cubed)
  • 1 small can green chili's
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to crock pot - stir and let cook on low for 4 hours
  • Add:
  • 1 can of corn (drained)
  • 2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • Cook 1 additional hour
  • Serve topped with cheese, chives and/or sour cream (optional)
