Chocolate Mayo Cake with Caramel Nutter Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • FROSTING
  • 1 pkg Pam's Pantry Caramel Nutter Butter dip mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • CAKE
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Hellman's (Best Foods) Light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, soda and salt together.
  2. In a seperate bowl, cream the sugar, mayonnaise, water and vanilla together.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir.
  4. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F. for about 25-30 minutes.
  6. Mix Pam's Pantry Caramel Nutter Butter mix per directions on package.
  7. Cool cake completely, frost and refrigerate.
  8. ENJOY!!!
