Fruit Cheesecake with Yummy Walnut Crust


  • 2 packs any flavor Pam's Pantry Fruit Dip*
  • 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 - 8 oz cool whip
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 sticks oleo or butter (softened)
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c sugar


  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 1 full minute in a large mixing bowl
  2. Mix in fruit dip packs.
  3. Add the cool whip to the mixtures. Use a mixer or hand beaters for best results
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, chopped walnuts, sugar and butter.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Press into a 9x13 pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool
  8. Spoon fruit mix onto cooled crust and place in freezer for a quick set.
  9. Slice and serve.
