Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake


  • Pam's Pantry Pumpkin Spice no bake Cheesecake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust or Graham Cracker Crumbs if using a Springform Pan


  1. Mix Pumpkin Spice mix per directions on package, spoon into graham cracker crust
  2. Place in freezer for a quick set. Pie can be kept frozen.
  3. If using a springform pan, mix graham cracker crumbs per instructions on package.
  4. Spoon Pumpkin mixture into pan.
  5. Place in freezer for a quick set.
  6. Remove side of pan, slice and serve.
