Fruit Cheesecake with Yummy Walnut Crust

Ingredients
- 2 packs any flavor Pam's Pantry Fruit Dip*
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 - 8 oz cool whip
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 sticks oleo or butter (softened)
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c sugar
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 1 full minute in a large mixing bowl
- Mix in fruit dip packs.
- Add the cool whip to the mixtures. Use a mixer or hand beaters for best results
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, chopped walnuts, sugar and butter.
- Mix well.
- Press into a 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool
- Spoon fruit mix onto cooled crust and place in freezer for a quick set.
- Slice and serve.
