Strawberry N Cream Very Berry Cake


  • 1 Pam's Pantry Strawberry N Cream No Bake Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 Angel Food Bundt Cake (round store bought)
  • 1/2 Pint Fresh Strawberries, Diced
  • 1 Pkg, SF, FF Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups FF Milk
  • 4 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
  • This can be made with regular instant pudding, milk and cream cheese, this variation (listed above) is very weight watchers friendly.


  1. Place the cake in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Will be easier to cut.
  2. Dice up your berries.
  3. Remove cake from freezer and cut about the top 1-1/2 inches off, set aside. Using your fingers, pull out a portion of the cake from what is left of the bottom piece, making a nice indentation ring.
  4. Place the diced berries in the ring.
  5. Mix the Intstant, Sugar Free, Fat Free pudding mix with 2 cups cold fat free milk
  6. As soon as the pudding starts to set, while still pourable, pour half to 2/3's over the berries, circling the cake as you pour.
  7. Place the cut off top portion back on the cake.
  8. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute on high.
  9. Mix the cream cheese, Pam's Pantry Strawberry & Cream pack and remaining pudding with hand beaters or a mixer until well blended.
  10. Spread Strawberry Cream frosting on cake and serve. Keep Refrigerated!
