Mouthwatering lemon fresh zest in a spread. Wonderful on muffins or toast. Use as a fruit dip (great on strawberries!) or fill a graham cracker crust for a cool lemon cheesecake pie (YUMMM!). Pack mixes with one 8 oz cream cheese and an 8 oz container of Cool Whip. Each pack makes approximately 3 cups.

This ia a family favorite! We use it as a fruit dip all summer long! The kids are usually licking the bowl when it’s almost gone! It is light and refreshing and does not have a fake lemon flavor. I’ve brought it to many get togethers and people always ask for the recipe. I then direct them to the Pam’s Pantry website!
