Mexi Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 1 package of Pam's Pantry Mellie's Mexi Mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 cup of medium or hot picante sauce
- 3 boneless chicken breast (raw & cubed)
- 1 small can green chili's
- Cilantro to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to crock pot - stir and let cook on low for 4 hours
- Add:
- 1 can of corn (drained)
- 2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
- Cook 1 additional hour
- Serve topped with cheese, chives and/or sour cream (optional)
