Strawberry N Cream Very Berry Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Pam's Pantry Strawberry N Cream No Bake Cheesecake Mix
- 1 Angel Food Bundt Cake (round store bought)
- 1/2 Pint Fresh Strawberries, Diced
- 1 Pkg, SF, FF Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups FF Milk
- 4 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- This can be made with regular instant pudding, milk and cream cheese, this variation (listed above) is very weight watchers friendly.
Instructions
- Place the cake in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Will be easier to cut.
- Dice up your berries.
- Remove cake from freezer and cut about the top 1-1/2 inches off, set aside. Using your fingers, pull out a portion of the cake from what is left of the bottom piece, making a nice indentation ring.
- Place the diced berries in the ring.
- Mix the Intstant, Sugar Free, Fat Free pudding mix with 2 cups cold fat free milk
- As soon as the pudding starts to set, while still pourable, pour half to 2/3's over the berries, circling the cake as you pour.
- Place the cut off top portion back on the cake.
- Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute on high.
- Mix the cream cheese, Pam's Pantry Strawberry & Cream pack and remaining pudding with hand beaters or a mixer until well blended.
- Spread Strawberry Cream frosting on cake and serve. Keep Refrigerated!
