Lemon Drop Cheesecake


  • 1 pkg Pam's Pantry Lemon Drop*
  • 1- 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1- 8 oz cool whip
  • Graham Cracker crumbs or Graham Cracker Crust
  • Candy Lemon Slices and or Mint Leaves for garnish
  • If you don't have a springform pan, can just use a graham cracker crust.
  • *Can use any flavor Fruit Dip Mix


  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 1 full minute.
  2. Mix in Lemon Drop pack.
  3. In larger bowl, combine mix with cool whip.
  4. Stir until well blended (works best with a mixer)
  5. Spoon into the Springform pan and place in freezer for a quick set
  6. Remove Pan and garnish with candy lemon slices and/or mint leaves
  7. *Can use any flavor of our Signature Cheesecake / Fruit Dip Mixes
