Fantastic Garlic Dill Pickles. No cooking or canning required. The sky is the limit with this mix. Simply slice or dice cucumbers and place in a gallon size container. Feel free to add all your favorite veggies, onions, peppers, banana peppers cauliflower or asparagus. Mix package with 2 cups water & 2 cups White Vinegar. Refrigerate for at least 3 days, the longer, the better they get. Note: Use 5-6 good sized cucumbers and one good sized onion unless adding in additional vegetables.
NOTE: Also makes a great pickled garlic bologna.
