Just like the name implies, this is the “Perfect” Pickler. Makes out of this world pickled bologna, or, dump in your favorite veggies: carrots, cauliflower or cucumbers. How about beets? Hmmm, pickled eggs anyone? Our favorite is pickled hot dogs, our cost cutting cheater to pickled bologna. For you dieters, try fat free dogs! Mixes with 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Bring the mix to a boil, add your favorite veggies: carrots, cauliflower, beets, green beans, asparagus, hot dogs or bologna. Let simmer until desired crispness is achieved, cool and refrigerate for 2-3 days before serving.
