A blend of vine ripened sweet red peppers with a hint of garlic. Great on crackers, chips and tortillas. This versatile dip can be made 2 fantastic ways. Option 1 combines the mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and 8 oz of sour cream. Option 2 combines the mix with 8 oz of cream cheese and a can of petitie diced tomatoes (or use fresh if you have em, 15 oz).
