Simply amazing what can be done with just hamburger. This one is definitely a winner! Pack mixes with 3 lbs. hamburger and 1 cup of water. Simply place the burger in a large bowl, add the water and packet ingredients, mix well and let set in the refrigerator overnight. Divide mixture into three 1 lb. sections, form each section into a log, wrap in tin foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Cool and re-wrap logs in clean foil. Can be frozen after baking for future use. Makes 3 lbs. of sausage.
